- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or ramekin and smooth down.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

For a gluten-free option, swap rolled oats for gluten-free oats. Use a ripe banana for better flavor and moisture.
