- 4 slices Semolina Bread
- 4 ounces Prosciutto
- 4 ounces Stracciatella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Basil Pesto
- 4 tablespoons Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
Instructions
- Slice the semolina bread into four oversized pieces, about one inch thick.
- Spread the sun-dried tomato mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the prosciutto evenly across the spread on each slice.
- Dollop the stracciatella cheese on top of the prosciutto.
- Drizzle the lemon basil pesto over the stracciatella cheese.
- Top with another slice of semolina bread, cut in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
