Description

A delightful Italian sandwich featuring layers of prosciutto and creamy stracciatella cheese, enhanced by zesty lemon basil pesto.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices Semolina Bread
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto
  • 4 ounces Stracciatella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Basil Pesto
  • 4 tablespoons Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

Instructions

  1. Slice the semolina bread into four oversized pieces, about one inch thick.
  2. Spread the sun-dried tomato mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the prosciutto evenly across the spread on each slice.
  4. Dollop the stracciatella cheese on top of the prosciutto.
  5. Drizzle the lemon basil pesto over the stracciatella cheese.
  6. Top with another slice of semolina bread, cut in half, and serve immediately.

Notes
