Description

A creamy and luxurious pistachio cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust and vibrant green filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup pistachio paste
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  5. Beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in the heavy cream until well combined.
  7. Add pistachio paste and mix until fully incorporated.
  8. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for garnish before serving.
