Description

A delightful appetizer capturing summer’s essence with ripe peaches, creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of honey on toasted baguette.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Baguette, sliced
  • 2 Ripe Peaches, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Creamy Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Fresh Basil leaves
  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  2. Wash the peaches, then slice them into thin wedges, removing the pits.
  3. Spread a layer of creamy goat cheese over the warm bread.
  4. Arrange the peach slices on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle honey over the peaches.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Notes

For best results, prepare components in advance and assemble just before serving. Avoid using overripe peaches.
