Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Wash the peaches, then slice them into thin wedges, removing the pits.
- Spread a layer of creamy goat cheese over the warm bread.
- Arrange the peach slices on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the peaches.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
