- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl; let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Dissolve the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds, stirring until completely smooth.
- Blend the passion fruit pulp, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
- Incorporate the dissolved gelatin into the passion fruit mixture until evenly mixed.
- Fold in the whipped cream carefully to maintain the light texture.
- Transfer the mousse into serving glasses or a decorative bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with fresh passion fruit pulp before serving and enjoy chilled.
Notes
