Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Cut the chicken into chunks for even cooking.
- Dip each chicken piece in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
