Description

Delicious chicken bites coated in a crispy, cheesy shell that redefine comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut the chicken into chunks for even cooking.
  4. Dip each chicken piece in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on a lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These chicken bombs can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake. Great for gatherings or a cozy night in!
