Description

A comforting one-pan meal featuring juicy kielbasa, honey, garlic, and fresh vegetables, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow), chopped
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots, halved
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by slicing kielbasa and chopping vegetables.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the vegetables, stirring well to combine.
  6. Create the glaze by drizzling honey and soy sauce over the ingredients.
  7. Cook together for an additional 10-15 minutes until veggies are tender.
  8. Finish by garnishing with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
