- 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow), chopped
- 1 cup Baby Carrots, halved
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by slicing kielbasa and chopping vegetables.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Sauté garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate the vegetables, stirring well to combine.
- Create the glaze by drizzling honey and soy sauce over the ingredients.
- Cook together for an additional 10-15 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Finish by garnishing with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
