- 2 Chicken Breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- Infuse the Aroma: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant but not burnt—watch closely!
- Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring thoughtfully to combine. Allow the sauce to gently simmer, thickening slightly.
- Add the Zesty Punch: Stir in the lemon juice and zest along with the Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce is silky smooth.
- Combine and Warm Through: Add the cooked pasta and browned chicken back into the skillet, tossing everything together. Heat until warmed through.
- Serve and Garnish: Dish out the pasta into shallow bowls while it’s warm, garnishing with fresh parsley.

Make-ahead: Cook the chicken and sauce in advance. Store separately until ready to serve to prevent sogginess.
