Description

Delicious and customizable egg wraps filled with creamy avocado, sautéed spinach, and rich cheese, perfect for a low-carb breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, sautéed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Cooked bacon or sausage (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and melt the olive oil or butter.
  3. Pour a portion of the egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it into a thin layer and cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Flip the wrap and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden and firm.
  5. Layer the wrap with sautéed spinach, cheese, avocado slices, and bacon or sausage, if desired.
  6. Roll up the egg wrap, tucking in the ingredients as you go.
