Description

Crispy jalapeño poppers filled with a creamy cheese mixture, perfectly spiced and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
  3. Make the cheesy filling by mixing cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Coat the stuffed peppers in panko breadcrumbs for crunch.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.

Notes

Can be made in advance and stored before cooking. Experiment with fillings to suit your taste.
