- 12 fresh jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing seeds.
- Make the cheesy filling by mixing cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Coat the stuffed peppers in panko breadcrumbs for crunch.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
