Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes, until frothy.
- Prepare the dough: In a larger mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center, then add the yeast mixture and olive oil.

- Rise to the occasion: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and set aside for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 475°F (245°C).
