- 8 ounces bowtie pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water; drain well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until foamy.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding browning.
- Combine the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well, and let simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Fold in the cooked bowtie pasta, tossing gently until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
