Description

A creamy and comforting dish featuring tender chicken and bowtie pasta enveloped in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water; drain well and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until foamy.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding browning.
  4. Combine the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well, and let simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Fold in the cooked bowtie pasta, tossing gently until well coated in the sauce.
  7. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or frozen for up to 2 months.
