Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Green onion and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the sauce base: In a mixing bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, soy sauce, cider vinegar, minced garlic, ginger paste, and ground black pepper. Stir until the sugars dissolve.
  2. Coat the beef: Place the beef stew meat into your slow cooker, ensuring each piece is coated with the sauce.
