- 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Large Egg, Beaten
- 4 tablespoons Breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)

- ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Sweet Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Olive Oil Spray (or Neutral Oil)
- 150 g Greek Yogurt (for sauce)
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint or Dill, Chopped (for sauce)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste (for sauce)
- A Pinch of Ground Cumin (optional for sauce)
Instructions
- Prepare the Feta: Drain your feta cheese and pat it dry. Cut into finger-thick slices.
- Set Up the Breading Station: Organize flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Coat the Feta: Dredge each piece in flour, dip in egg, and press into breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 190°C (375°F) and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Air Fry the Feta: Spray with olive oil and arrange in the air fryer, cooking for 8-12 minutes until golden.
- Rest and Make the Sauce: Let the crispy feta drain and mix yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve: Present warm with yogurt sauce for dipping.
Notes
For maximum freshness, prepare the feta a day ahead and refrigerate. Enjoy with salads or pita bread.
