- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-inch cubes.
- Mix the flour with salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Whisk the eggs until fully combined in another dish.
- Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third dish.
- Dip each salmon piece in the flour mixture, coating it lightly.
- Coat the salmon in the egg, then in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Fry the salmon bites in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites with the special sauce for dipping.
Notes
To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For reheating, use an oven at 375°F for about 10 minutes.
