Description

Juicy and irresistibly crispy salmon bites with a delightful punch of flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-inch cubes.
  2. Mix the flour with salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Whisk the eggs until fully combined in another dish.
  4. Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third dish.
  5. Dip each salmon piece in the flour mixture, coating it lightly.
  6. Coat the salmon in the egg, then in the panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  8. Fry the salmon bites in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
  10. Serve the crispy salmon bites with the special sauce for dipping.

Notes

To store, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For reheating, use an oven at 375°F for about 10 minutes.
