Description

Deliciously crispy bites of salmon, paired with a creamy and tangy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Rinse the salmon pieces under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set Up Your Dredging Station: Arrange three plates with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Bread the Salmon: Coat each piece with flour, dip in eggs, then roll in panko.
  5. Fry the Bites: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry salmon bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain and Serve: Remove bites and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve with Bang Bang sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake in the oven at 425°F for 12-15 minutes or use an air fryer.
