- 1 cup fresh passion fruit pulp
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
- 2 tablespoons water
- Optional: mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin: In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine the fruit and milk: Blend the fresh passion fruit pulp with sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
- Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold it together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture.
- Melt the gelatin: Over low heat, melt the bloomed gelatin until it turns liquid and fold it into the mousse mixture.
- Chill the mousse: Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve and garnish: Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
