Description

Indulge in comforting lasagna rolls filled with tender chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with a delicious blend of melted cheeses.


Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain, and lay flat.
  2. Mix the filling in a bowl with chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Prepare the Alfredo sauce by whisking butter, cream, garlic, and parmesan over medium heat until smooth.
  4. Assemble the rolls by spreading filling on each noodle and rolling tightly, placing seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Add remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. Bake covered at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, then uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling and refrigerating for up to 24 hours; extend baking time as needed.
