Description

Delightful jalapeño poppers filled with creamy Brie and tangy blueberries, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medium Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 4 slices Bacon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with a slice of Brie and top with blueberries. Drizzle with honey, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon, securing it with a toothpick if desired.
  5. Arrange the poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the jalapeños are tender.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
