- 12 Medium Jalapeños
- 8 oz Brie Cheese
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 4 slices Bacon (optional)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
- Fill each jalapeño half with a slice of Brie and top with blueberries. Drizzle with honey, and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with bacon, securing it with a toothpick if desired.
- Arrange the poppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the jalapeños are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
