- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine shredded chicken and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add spices and mix until creamy.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and add a generous amount of filling in the center, then roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spray the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
