A rich and creamy cheesecake perfect for celebrating love on Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Mix strawberry puree and jam into the remaining batter and pour over the first layer.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, bake longer.
- Top with fresh strawberries or whipped cream for decoration.
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
