Description

Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken with a creamy peanut sauce, fresh vegetables, and soft tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with half of the peanut sauce.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread a layer of the remaining peanut sauce on each.
  4. Top each tortilla with the chicken mixture, shredded carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, and cilantro.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like lettuce or avocado.
