- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spiciness.
- These wings can be marinated for a few hours or overnight for more flavor.
