Description

Sweet & Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Wings are a delicious combination of sweet honey, spicy garlic, and tender chicken wings, perfect for any gathering or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spiciness.
  • These wings can be marinated for a few hours or overnight for more flavor.
