Description

Delicious and crispy sweet potato croquettes that are perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties or croquettes.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the croquettes until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
