Description

Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon Bites are a delightful appetizer featuring tender salmon pieces coated in a sweet and spicy chili glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  4. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
