- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the sweetened condensed milk, strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, use more strawberry puree.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- This fudge can also be frozen for longer storage.
