Description

A delightful and creamy strawberry fudge that combines the sweetness of strawberries with a rich, smooth texture, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the sweetened condensed milk, strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, use more strawberry puree.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
