- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture, and then a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries if desired.
