Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture, and then a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries if desired.
  • Make sure to let the cake chill for enough time for the flavors to meld.
