Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, tossing with a splash of oil to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Coat the beef: Toss the thinly sliced beef in the sauce mixture, ensuring each piece is coated. Let it rest for a few moments.
