Description

Ingredients

  • Pasta of Choice
  • Fresh Asparagus
  • Peas
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grilled Chicken or Shrimp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped asparagus and peas; cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
