Description

A delicious and spicy twist on traditional avocado toast, topped with succulent shrimp for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of bread (your choice)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. While the shrimp is cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, mash the ripe avocado and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
  6. Top the avocado toast with the cooked shrimp.
