Description

A delicious and unique salsa made with pumpkin, perfect for dipping tortilla chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and minced garlic.
  2. Add lime juice, cumin, and salt to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
