Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and minced garlic.
- Add lime juice, cumin, and salt to the mixture and stir well.
- Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
- For a creamier texture, blend the salsa before serving.
- This salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
