A delicious and refreshing dish featuring shrimp tossed in a spicy mango sauce, served in crisp lettuce cups.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the shrimp.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the diced mango.
- To serve, spoon the shrimp and mango mixture into the lettuce cups.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, add diced jalapeños to the shrimp mixture.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
