- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz thin rice noodles (or egg noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic until it becomes golden.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
- Incorporate soy sauce and chili paste, blending everything together.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the other ingredients, ensuring even coating.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
