- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and green onions.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
- For a healthier option, bake the egg rolls at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
