Description

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are a delicious fusion of classic buffalo chicken flavors wrapped in crispy egg roll wrappers, perfect for appetizers or game day snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and green onions.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, bake the egg rolls at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
