Description
A playful twist on classic s’mores, combining crispy Rice Krispies with marshmallow fluff, chocolate, and graham crackers, all rolled into sushi-style bites.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 10 oz. mini marshmallows
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or Nutella)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a non-stick saucepan over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted into a smooth mixture. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies. Let cool slightly.
- Transfer Rice Krispies mixture onto parchment paper and press down to form a rectangular shape about 1 inch thick. Spread marshmallow fluff over the top, leaving a border.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers over the fluff. Roll the mixture tightly using the parchment paper for assistance. Wrap securely and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately for the best taste!
Notes
Make ahead of time and store in the fridge for 1-2 days. For a toasted flavor, consider using an air fryer or broiling briefly before serving.
