Description

S’mores Brownie Bars are a delicious combination of rich chocolate brownies, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers over the brownie layer.
  9. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and spread evenly.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  11. Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a layer of chocolate ganache on top.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of marshmallows and graham crackers to your liking.
