Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. Drain and squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  5. Add the grated potatoes to the skillet, spreading them evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until crispy.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
