A delicious and unique twist on traditional guacamole, featuring pumpkin and served with sweet cinnamon chips.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, lime juice, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the flour tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the melted butter over the tortilla triangles and sprinkle with sugar and additional cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve the pumpkin guacamole with the cinnamon chips for dipping.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, you can add a bit of Greek yogurt to the guacamole.
- Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
- Store any leftover guacamole in an airtight container to prevent browning.
