Description

Deliciously rich pumpkin cheesecake brownies that combine the flavors of pumpkin and cream cheese for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
