Description

These delightful deviled eggs feature a charming pink hue and a creamy filling with a tangy twist, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon White-Wine Vinegar OR 2 tablespoons of Pickle Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Food Coloring of Your Choice (Pink Recommended)
  • Optional Decorations: Edible flowers, fresh herbs, or paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs and let them sit covered for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 10 minutes before peeling.
  3. Slice each egg in half and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add food coloring to the yolks and mix until the desired shade is reached.
  5. Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar or pickle juice, salt, and pepper with the yolks and mix until smooth.
  6. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites, decorating as desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve cold.
