Description

A vibrant and refreshing pineapple salsa perfect for summer gatherings and barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
