Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine the pork, pineapple, red onion, and green bell pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a smaller bowl.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork and veggies, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Thread the pork and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
  6. Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the pork is cooked through.
