Description

Delicious skewers featuring juicy pork and sweet pineapple, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed pork, pineapple chunks, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  3. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Thread the coated pork and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between meat and veggies.
  6. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. During the last few minutes, brush with any remaining BBQ sauce.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
