- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed pork, pineapple chunks, red onion, and green bell pepper.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables. Toss until evenly coated.
- Thread the coated pork and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between meat and veggies.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- During the last few minutes, brush with any remaining BBQ sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
