Peppermint Bark Fudge is a delicious and festive treat that combines rich chocolate with refreshing peppermint flavor, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable oil, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add the peppermint extract to the melted white chocolate and mix well.
  6. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies on top and gently press them into the white chocolate.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  9. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
  • Feel free to use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet for a richer taste.
