Ingredients

- 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the buns to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
- Make sure not to overfill the dumpling wrappers.
- You can add other vegetables or proteins to the filling as desired.
- These buns can be frozen before frying for later use.
