- 1 pound Kielbasa
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow)
- 1 cup Baby Carrots
- 1 pound Baby Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and preheat your skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, about half an inch thick.
- Add the kielbasa to the hot skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown, flipping once.
- Chop your bell peppers and slice the baby potatoes in half, then toss with garlic, honey, and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the veggies to the skillet with the kielbasa, stirring everything together gently.
- Cook for an additional 15–20 minutes until the veggies soften and the potatoes become tender.
- Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley or green onions, then transfer to a serving dish.
Notes
