Description

A delightful one-pan meal combining savory kielbasa and colorful roasted vegetables in a sweet honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat your skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, about half an inch thick.
  3. Add the kielbasa to the hot skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown, flipping once.
  4. Chop your bell peppers and slice the baby potatoes in half, then toss with garlic, honey, and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add the veggies to the skillet with the kielbasa, stirring everything together gently.
  6. Cook for an additional 15–20 minutes until the veggies soften and the potatoes become tender.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley or green onions, then transfer to a serving dish.

Notes

Pre-chop your vegetables to save time. Feel free to swap in seasonal veggies or use different types of sausage.
