- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into halves.
- Place a spoonful of the BBQ chicken mixture on each biscuit half.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Place the biscuit halves on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
