Description

Mini BBQ Ranch Biscuit Melts are a quick and delicious snack perfect for any gathering or as a fun meal option.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into halves.
  4. Place a spoonful of the BBQ chicken mixture on each biscuit half.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
