- 2 medium tomatoes, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add olives, raisins, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with rice or tortillas.

- For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
- Can be made with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
