Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with the flavors of maple and topped with crunchy pecans, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark maple syrup.
