Description

Maple Pecan Blondies are a deliciously sweet treat that combines the rich flavors of maple syrup and crunchy pecans, perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
